My stalink standard kit worked great…

My stalink standard kit worked great for the first year now I am dealing with their support which is terrible. I have been trying to resolve a simple issue of my starlink router not working for 2 weeks. Firstly its not possible to simply replace the router they sent me an entire new kit. I had to climb on the roof rewire everything and change to the new kit. Now the new kit does not connect. And their support takes you from one auto reply to the next. Very frustrating they need to employ more humans that are competent in support roles. I may update this if the issue is ever rectified.

Update: I received a phone call from Starlink and they acknowledge the need for more efficiency around their support. The issue was resolved. In future I was told to request a "return call back request" on their online chat then they call you back. Any support from a company where you cannot call and talk to someone is poor. So hopefully they resolve this in future.

Ordered an i phone 15 pro and it comes…

I ordered an i phone 15 pro and it came without an e sim option even though this was selected when making the order. This option does not even exist on the French site. There is no way to contact back market or any support to fix this mess. I wasted 2 days trying to connect and fix this. I also paid for a screen protector and cover. There is an option to send the phone back but this wastes a lot of time and now I will be without a phone for how many Days?
They should have a support number where you can speak to a human and resolve such issues fast!

My iPhone 15 Pro is experiencing the following issue: I cannot add an e sim to this device i phone 15 pro, I would like support fixing this. I checked the model number and see it’s a phone destined for China this is why no E sim is included. When ordering the phone on your website there is not even an option to select no e sim so i am not sure why such phones are deliberately being pushed onto the European market. This mistake by Back market is not really a mistake but more a deliberate business strategy. I see many reviews online with the same issue. This is done deliberately in the hope people are too lazy and just accept the inferior product.
I have returned the phone but before purchasing a new one I would like to know what you are going to do to rectify this issue?

No Aftersales service/ spare parts

Impossible to get spare parts. Useless telephone support they will only help you with an account details or order number. If you have the product in hand with serial number they cannot give you spare parts or any assistance. Weed eater, chainsaw and lawn mower and none work. Useless products pathetic company.

Batteries cannot be replaced 2 year lifespan

Very disappointing and unsustainable build. The battery only lasts 2 years max and it is not possible to replace without breaking the housing. A pathetic business model for consumers to keep buying new ones every two years. Not impressed will never buy Wahl again because of this. What a waste.

Lycamobile poor service

No service what so ever just wait and get transferred between countries on the live chat no one seems to be able to help with a simple issue. Pathetic

Followup. Preveen Raj K phoned me and helped over the phone he was great and helpful. My sim is now all working but did take two days and quite a bit of hassle to set up. Lycamobile may be the cheaper option but unclear instructions and setup and registration process makes it not worth the hassle. It all ended up costing 35 Euros. 10 Euros airtime that disappeared as data was not turned off then a 10 euro data bundle and a 15 euro 3 month bundle. Which now overlaps with the data bundle. But it was the cheapest option to make phone calls.
Hoping they can sort this out soon.
