My stalink standard kit worked great for the first year now I am dealing with their support which is terrible. I have been trying to resolve a simple issue of my starlink router not working for 2 weeks. Firstly its not possible to simply replace the router they sent me an entire new kit. I had to climb on the roof rewire everything and change to the new kit. Now the new kit does not connect. And their support takes you from one auto reply to the next. Very frustrating they need to employ more humans that are competent in support roles. I may update this if the issue is ever rectified.
Update: I received a phone call from Starlink and they acknowledge the need for more efficiency around their support. The issue was resolved. In future I was told to request a "return call back request" on their online chat then they call you back. Any support from a company where you cannot call and talk to someone is poor. So hopefully they resolve this in future.
