After using them for a few days during vacation. They continued to bill me a monthly fee without a monthly email or mailing to notify me. Very shady way of doing business. After contacting them they said they couldn't do anything about it. Do not trust this company. Very shady cash grab for sure.

Stay away!! Buyers beware. Order a water filter. Listing said it would ship in the US and arrive with a week roughly, April 30, it's May 13th and it never even shipped. Right after I paid for it, the Ali Express app stated it would deliver in 33 days from China. Immediately asked AliExpress and the seller to cancel the order. AliExpress said it depends on the seller. The seller didn't even ship the item and said since it was in process they couldn't cancel. In the US it is illegal to market something and then change the terms after the purchase. But apparently this is how business is done on Ali Express. I'm out almost $300 and still don't have my product. My first and last time ever ordering from AliExpress again. Their communication and process is terrible. In addition to the bait and switch marketing they created. Not a reputable business at all. Stay far away.

Just read Ali Express's useless update. Their idea of resolution and assistance is ridiculous. Just read their reply/update in this review thread and you'll see exactly why you should never buy anything from Ali Express. They simply apologize and do absolutely nothing to actually help or resolve any problems you have and it's exactly the same way it's been since I made the purchase. They continue to apologize and do absolutely nothing to actually resolve the problem. If you have any issues at all with your Ali Express order you will see how terrible and useless the communication and response is. Totally incompetent.

Beware!!! This company is terrible. Unethical and unprofessional. They will sell you and upcharge you for things you don't require, from liability insurance to toll processing. They have horrible reviews on every major review site. From google, yelp, trustpilot and pretty much everywhere. We booked with them through economy booking (which as we now realize could care less about whether the company they connect you with are ethical or not)

We booked and prepaid for a rental. We landed in Orlando and waited for the shuttle which is supposed to arrive every half hour but didn't show up. We had to pay to take an Uber to easirents office. Once we got there we were rudely told we were late (????). Really nice way to welcome first time customers.

Even though staff was actually still working, supposedly the office was closed. Again, even though they're giving out and processing rentals. Nowhere when we booked our car rental online where we told they would be closed when we arrived. We did everything correctly.

While completing our booking at their office, we where told we had to add liability insurance. We explained we paid for insurance through economy booking. They said that it was not sufficient, we needed to by liability from them. Only later did we realize we could have purchased from a third party or used our insurance for our own cars. It was almost midnight and our VACATION, who's going to keep arguing. Clearly something this company takes advantage of.

They also told us we needed to pay for toll processing not knowing we had other options.

All of this effectively doubled our rental rate and was just plain shady.

To make matters worse when we returned the car it got even worse. A random guy checked our car and gave us no paperwork. We go into the office the rep said we needed to have paperwork completed by the "guy". I said he didn't give us anything. He goes out and they're both confused and the rep literally is upset with us and said he's too busy to help us properly book out.

The entire experience with this company was ridiculous and disgusting. They're clearly broken and they're thieves. I would seriously not recommend using them and will never use them again. And I'm not done. Their business practices are clearly questionable, we received no paperwork on check in or check out.

I see a class action lawsuit opportunity here for sure.

the entire process from the first time I reached out to get some basic information and then follow-up to proceed with the loan was fantastic. great information and advice, I'd definitely use them again.

Purchased an $11 google pixel 4xl battery. The wire that connects the battery to the phone's internal board, simply snapped/broke upon install. The part is defective as this should not happen when handling carefully as I've done numerous times. I used to repair mobile phone's professionally. I sent a picture and Fixez response rather than just refund an $11 item or send out another, is to give me work, by filing out a shipping label and return form and to add insult to injury, ask me to pay to return their defective part, which will cost roughly half what I paid for it to begin with. This is a foolish procedure on Fixez part, I've done nothing incorrect and inconveniencing me further rather than just taking care of the problem is just ridiculous and seems to be a common issue if you read any reviews about Fixez online. Won't be buying anything from this company again.
