Spoke to Kathrine on customer services about a 3 month policy , She explained everything about the policy and It was cheaper than quotes from other companies. All in all a very happy with the price and great service.

Spoke to Samantha who was very professional .All questions were answered and she was a pleasure to deal with . The policy was tailored to my preference there was no hard sell to make the policy cost more.

Took my tandem into the Shipley Branch for a service after bending the rear derailleur hanger when out for a ride on Sunday . James the mechanic did an excellent job plus checked out the bike tightened up the eccentric bottom bracket and swapped out the rear disc brake cable. The bike is as good as new. Very impressed with the knowledge ,skill and cost. Would highly recommend anyone to go if having any maintenance issues or want to look round their extensive range in the shop. All staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you. Highly recommend paying them a visit .
