Ordered 2 bags money taken from card

Ordered 2 bags money taken from card. Then was told one was not in stock and so ordered elsewhere. Delivery for first bag came and then a few days later 2nd order arrived even though they had told me it wasnt in stock now I have extra bag because of low value didn't return it because working shifts dont have time 9-5.

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us and for taking the time to leave us a review.

I am terribly sorry for the confusion this has caused.

Our warehouse had unfortunately experienced a technical issue whereby the stock hadn't processed correctly.

As this was the case the order was unfortunately not sent in full.

However I can see that following being advised we did have stock available to complete the order we were able to have a new order issued for the second backpack.

Please accept my sincere apologies for this and the confusion caused.
