My item was meant to be delivered, I got told that they tried but was refused! I sat here all day waiting for it! Now they are saying they will request delivery again but cannot talk to the people that deliver so I have to wait another week to see if they let me know when it will be delivered. No apology just simple straight answers and to be fair no help at all. REALLY DISSAPOINTED
Review of Secret Escapes
I’m about to go away this Friday on a safari beach holiday. I have no information on my transfers, pick up times just my flight! I was told I would receive this 7 days before end nothing, on a call for 48 mins to be told they will try and get the information for me but this is not standard !! Really anxious about the whole things niw!

If I could leave no stars I would!! Have been trying to sort my car lease since September. No one answers emails, calls or even a recorded delivery!!! I have so far lost over £300 in excess fees when the contract could have been sorted months ago!!! I will let the world know how AWFUL these guys are!!! There service is the WORST I have EVER experienced!!!! STAY AWAY

Awful company do nothing but take money !!! I have tried talking to the site manager Tim Collins and he ignored all calls and emails!!! Horrible customer experience!!! Stay away from these guys!!!
