The customer help line was good, Donia was very polite and competent. It was difficult using your online ordering and even now I have been unable to add purchases to my shopping basket

The tracking system claimed that Chronopost tried to deliver to us at 9.55. This was completely untrue as we were in all day waiting for the delivery. We have no near neighbours, so no possibility of a mistake. We then had a half hour drive to go to a collection point where our parcel had been left. By the look of things, just another example of very poor service from an uncaring company. I can only hope that suppliers stop using this company.
