Great customer service and very fast return of my watch after battery replacement and the re sealing of the watch. Continual correspondence from booking uplift to the time it would be returned. Only three days when local jewellers were quoting 3 weeks wait for return and almost double the price. So for me it was very reliable and excellent value.
