I received one item out of 3 items purchased - and no response or update on delivery of the other two items.
Disaster as the outfit was for my son's 10th birthday - had now to fork out more money on last-minute replacement. 2-3 weeks on still no update, I was really hopeful as a first-time buyer

Missing Items

Ordered two items - party plates for my sons football themed birthday and a customisable photo prop. I ordered normal delivery but it came the next day.

However plates were missing - and the customisable prop recieved was damaged and broken. Getting a refund or response has been an upward battle - will be trying to claim through my creditcard compay but absolute terrible as a first time buyer. I live in Manchester and tried to go to their outlet in cheetham hill but seem to have to closed down

Order Not Recieved - CRAP CUSTOMER CARE=

First time ordering from them on the 2nd of November for an upcoming trip abroad - ordered for next day delivery and even paid for the whole year. They are telling me to await 14 days whilst they investigate without replacing the order or cancelling - terrible terrible. Customer care can easily resend this item. Tracking says awaiting the item from them. It will be two days before my holiday.
