refund issue
I’ve been a loyal Net-A-Porter customer for quite some time and have ordered from them many times without any issues. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a pair of shoes that fell apart within just a few weeks of normal wear. After a lot of effort and back-and-forth communication, I finally managed to return them — but that was only the beginning of the problems.
Despite being told that I would receive a refund, Net-A-Porter has refused to return the money to my original payment method and insists on giving me store credit instead. This feels like a power game and, in my opinion, goes against fair consumer practices and regulations.
I’ve spent a great deal of time and energy trying to resolve this, and the lack of accountability is truly disappointing. Because of this experience, I will no longer be shopping with Net-A-Porter, and I strongly advise others to consider ordering elsewhere — better safe than sorry.
I’m sharing this review not out of anger, but out of a sense of responsibility to warn other customers
