Total Scam
I don’t know how I inadvertently signed up to this membership or subscription but somehow have been paying this monthly without even realising. A total scam. Beware!!!!

We regret to learn about your unexpected subscription and the payments you incurred. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
The only way you could have signed up as a member and given us permission to charge your account was if you manually put your information into the signup form and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, which were made very clear on the signup page that our programme is a paid membership subscription.
Upon checking, we have cancelled your membership on 31 August 2025. Therefore, your card will no longer be charged. We also sent you a cancel confirmation email which include the details on how you joined the programme and the resolution to your request.
