100% SCAM - AVOID! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

This product simply does not do as claimed.

Noticed when considering buying from this company that their website was using misleading stock level information, I can only assume with the goal of making the customer rush the purchase. I thought I would make contact to ask why they do this and to offer feedback, pointing out that this kind of misleading tactic doesn't inspire trust in a business. All I got was a smart asre response and some abuse.

Very disappointed with this companies business practices! They sent me an email offering a 7 day free trial which I thought I would take them up on their offer. Once I had completed the sign up and given them my payment details I find out that there is no offer and they have charged me for the full month!! I would have certainly cancelled after the 7 days because the content isn't highly rated anyway. I have contacted them 3 days ago and have had no response.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever received! £400 order not received due to Chain reactions mistake, now being ignored by their customer service. No telephone number provided for customer service, so they can just ignore your email when it suits them.

Order was never received! Now getting ignored by customer service when trying to get a refund. Very disappointing from what's supposed to be a reputable company.

Service seems decent, but a bit early to know for sure.
