So far Reclaim247 have been informative, quick and efficient. In 20 minutes they identified a potential claim from my old provider and referred me to a solicitors firm who are now handling my case.

Ordered on the Monday and had the mugs by Wednesday. Got a free lucky dip mug from a code for buying 2 at full price. Packaged well and stylishly. Unfortunately one had been slightly damaged. The cups are partially exposed from their packaging. A marketing technique that has backfired by allowing the product to be damaged. It was only a small scuff but as the cup was a gift I asked for a replacement. The customer service advisor asked for some photos and sent a free replacement out immediately. Couldn't ask for better customer service. As for the product it's very unique for a coffee cup. Made from Bamboo it feels somewhere between plastic and wood and is cold to the touch. It feels very sturdy and durable. The designs are excellent and the lid sits tight. Smells a bit rubbery for the first few washes but doesn't affect the taste at all. The sleeve is good at protecting from the heat but other users have reported theirs getting a bit too hot when they haven't used cold milk or water in their hot drinks.

I bought a white corner desk from Laura James. It was the cheapest option available and when it came I was surprised at the value for money. The quality of the materials was decent for it's price range. The chipboard wood was a little delicate compared to other furniture I have built before and overtightening screws or fixings was less forgiving. That said once the desk was built it was sturdy and did the job I needed.
However one tip would be to check the dimensions. I had to sell the desk in the end as I was too tall to get my legs underneath comfortably (there is a wooden board that runs across the middle rather than the rear of the desk) This may not be an issue for someone with shorter legs or children.
