I was probably the most annoying customer, but I spoke with Kara from Virgin Holidays today via the online chat and then phone call. I cannot thank her enough for putting up with me and helping me understand many things but also helping me book / upgrade my holiday. She was patient, communicated well and was lovely on the phone. Cannot thank her enough and if I have any other queries or need some help, i'll be sure to get in contact and see if I can speak with her again. So efficient, thank you

My friend and I are travelling to Orlando in January - we were booked off site, however I wanted to move us onto Disney Property. I saw that a hotel had become available, which wasn't before, so I immediately got in contact with Virgin, as we booked through them. I spoke with a woman called Michelle this morning, and I cannot thank her enough, for making everything so easy and understood when something went wrong. She took her time and really helped me through and spoke to through my options etc with me! Cannot thank her enough, and I cannot wait for our holiday in January

Never had a problem with get transfer, I used them for the first time in Paris last year and booked multiple trips whilst there. Since, I've booked more trips using this company, I've had to cancel a few and was given credit, which for me wasn't a problem as I'd continue using them. A very fair company with pricing and the drivers have always been great with communication. Just booked a further two taxis using this company for January. Would really recommend!
