No product no refund no reply
I ordered months ago, no product arrived. They have since said they were unable to dispatch smoothly due to covid which was understandable but what isn't is the lack of refund or replies to my emails. The one reply they did send claimed I must have changed banks (I haven't) and they won't provide any tracking info for the missing item or details about the refund. Looking for a way to report this higher to stop others going through the same expense and experience.
