Cladding not cut to length specified, despite paying extra for this. When I queried, I was told I would only be refunded half the amount that I had paid for this service because the cladding length was longer than I had specified rather than shorter. In the end I was given refund for full extra amount that I had paid, but it took an argument.

I'm sorry to hear you have had an issue with your order. It should not have happened and if the cladding was not cut to length as requested, the full amount should have been refunded no questions asked.
