Avoid. Don’t be deceived.

Here is another dishonest phone company. Be careful what you are signing up as I was signing only for broadband service and told them I don’t need phone line they added the phone service for £15.99 on top of the broadband £25.99 almost £50 a month. Despite having a conversation where I was assured the issue would be corrected, they continue to bill me the same amount. This company is not what it claimed to be; avoid it.

Avoid XE PAY / XE POS

Avoid by any means

The company at xepos.co know as XE PAY / XE POS as well to confuse its customers by using the two names has a questionable dodgy reputation, consistently neglecting cancellation requests once your contract finish and ignoring your calls once you've signed up. They subject you to persistent billing which amount to extortion even after you cancel, they set up a direct debit without your knowledge using your old mandate which I reported to both the bank and financial authorities. It's advisable not to engage with this company at all , as there are many reputable alternatives. Additionally, they frequently change their business names, causing confusion among customers.

A violent driver

The driver called Ahmed , demanded that my wife, along with our two infants, come downstairs to receive the package we had purchased from John Lewis, he parked half a mile from our house across the rd . He was highly confrontational and exceedingly aggressive, shoving me forcefully when I objected his behaviour , he attempted to seize the parcel from me. Law enforcement was contacted, but he drove off the scene before they arrived.

Unfortunately below expectation.

Unfortunately, my experience with John Lewis was very disappointing as I received poor service despite paying a premium price . I had ordered several items for my new-born baby, however, I encountered several issues and confusion with the delivery process. DPD keeps lying about the delivery attempts which they blame John Lewis not giving the the correct address even tho they delivered others items to the same address.
And we are still waiting….

I wish I have seen the reviews before…

I wish I have seen the reviews before signing up with worldpay.

The worst card processing company ever. Not suitable for small and independent business. Avoid.
**Missing payment is normal.
**Poor customer service unhelpful and staff knowledge regarding issues related to payment very poor.

My American Express payment was missing for months due to worldpay mistakes. Repeated Terminal connection failure.
Delay in your money into your bank account is regular occurrence and blamed on third party which you have no control or don’t even know.
My advise is to avoid this too big but useless company.

The most lazy staff at new cross branch…

The most lazy staff at new cross branch of this company. Knowingly gave me a linking bleach pack which damaged my trouser and doesn't even apologise at all. Every time I go there the floor staff are acts as if they are forced to work there with no motivation or interest at all.
