Very speedy service - I ordered a Duvet in the afternoon and it was delivered the following morning. The duvet is an ‘All Seasons’ goose feather & down in a super king size. Currently using the 9 tog which is warm enough at the moment, but will add the 4.5 tog when it gets colder. Product is good quality. It has stitched ‘pockets’ to keep the filling in place and buttons to join the two together.

I have several pairs of Turtle Doves beautiful fingerless gloves in various colours which I wear pretty much all year round because my hands are always cold. They are so soft and lovely to wear and easy to slip my thumbs out and push onto my wrists when I need to wash my hands. They have survived regular gentle machine washing without shrinking or losing their shape. The latest purchase was a Christmas gift for a friend with cold hands and she was so pleased to receive them. Excellent customer service in relation to responding to email queries, and safely received in time for Christmas despite the current postal dispute. The shop in Shrewsbury is fab if you’re in the area, I would probably spend a fortune in there if it was local to me!

Able to arrange a smart meter installation within 2 days which was great. The engineer who came was polite, friendly and efficient.

I asked when a product which was listed as ‘out of stock’ would be available and was pleased to hear that there was one in reserve which I could order. I placed the order but asked if they could delay sending it out as I was away from home for a few days. It arrived the day after my return. The body butter smells so good it’s tempting to spread it on my toast rather than my skin!
