Customer service was great

Customer service was great. I loved the fact that we could go around the shop and try sofas without having staff following us and asking constantly if we needed help. We browsed freely and then customer service just turned up when we have decided on the sofa we wanted but weren't sure about the size, etc perfect timing to answer all of it.

Great experience

Everything as described. Delivery on time and the extractor hood works well. Good value for money. The measurements in website were very useful to choose the right one.
