Arrived exactly on time as agreed. Collected precisely 2 weeks later as agreed. Great communication, competitive price and easy to book on-line. 2nd time I have used them, I will use them again.

First class company and product.

Very easy transaction, direct with Revitive. Used the product selection tool to make sure I got the correct model for my particular problem. Delivery was quick, well packaged, VAT free due to my condition. Product works well. Very happy customer.

I ordered 4 items in October 2024 and…

I ordered 4 items in October 2024 and still awaiting delivery. The delivery date has changed 3 times, the despatch company contacted me after the last delivery date to let me know that Dusk had not supplied the items to deliver due to internal system problems. Communication from Dusk is rubbish and all automated, you can not talk to a Human. most worrying of all Dusk have given me a number of feedback surveys to fill out as they believe they have fulfilled my order. Avoid at all costs, the worst on-line shopping experience of my life and the items amount to about £800.00. Next step Legal advice as no response from emails I have sent to DUSK.

Skip did not arrive on day it was promised.

Very happy with the price paid (with a voucher code discount). Ordered the skip for a 2 week hire period to be delivered on Wednesday 5th June. Deliveries can be up to 17:30. At 17:00 it had not arrived so I phoned the office (Which closes at 17:30) to enquire if I was likely to see the skip arrive. No one picked up the office phone. Needless to say, It didn't arrive! I had waited in all day to receive the skip, in order to show where I wanted the skip positioned. The next morning I called the office and spoke to a very nice lady who apologised. I was told the skip would be with me by 10:00, it actually arrived at 14:00. (I enquired about the 2 week hire period being extended by another day due to the delay and was told that this would not be a problem). Again I had waited in for it's arrival. The delivery itself was a good experience as the driver was very helpful and full of conversation. I would use this company again but would like to see them communicate better, maybe by text message with customers. I get it that problems occur and schedules change but the effect to the customer could be reduced or mitigated by just a short text message.

Cheapest price I could find this product on the internet.

Great selection of spray paints, easy to use website and shopping basket. Smooth transaction, payment options for everyone. Arrived quickly. Well packaged. Exactly as advertised. The price was 60% or less of what you would pay at a UK superstore or retail park as well as other well known on line retailers. I would recommend Sprayster as a reputable company to deal with. 10 out of 10 in this experience.... my first but definitely not my last.
