This site seems to be a scam
Was texted this and asked to pay a fee
1. First concern was the website is not royalmail.com
2. Second is none of the top links work, infact apart from getting your money or data nothing else works.
3. Lastly any postcode works

Unstable support, they hang up on you, and they make you wait for no reason

Purchased my second sim with three
Transferred the account holder of my first sim from my mum to myself

This a week of phone calls to three, around 5 hours a day, not possible online.
Their systems went down for two weeks. So I was paying for both sim cards.

I now, in order to move my number, need to move sim1 to PAYG, this takes 30 days. THIRTY DAYS. yup. I can start a new contract in 1 day, but change, no thats THIRTY.

That means two months of paying for both sims, and I am not even MOVING AWAY FROM THREE.

I even confirmed with him that a PAC code transfer to another carrier takes 1 day, but 3 to 3 takes 30 days. Yeah makes sense (get lost), Im a technician, how nice of a round number 30 days is.

That's not how we'd like you to feel, Kris. Sorry to know you were having difficulty to get through us, we'd never want to cause any hassle to our customers and always aim at providing the best customer experience. This process takes 30 days only if numbers are on contract, so we have to change to pay as you go on the old account which takes 30 days as per the notice period for account closure by transferring the number to new contract. We usually recommend customers to upgrade the same contract with new plan to keep the same number. Once the number is changed to pay as you go, within 24 hours number can be transferred over to new contract. Hope this helps - Salman
