I contacted ATG by email as I had not received my tickets. I got a phone call from Mahmoud within 10 minutes. He was really helpful and reissued my tickets promptly. Problem solved! Great service and nice to talk to a human rather than a bot! Thanks Mahmoud - much appreciated :)

I'm not really into reviewing things but Bathroom Traders really helped me out. I ordered the wrong bathroom cabinet by mistake and when I realised, contacted them straight away. They cancelled my order and sent an email confirming a refund. No hassle. No trying to sell me something different - just really helpful and efficient.
