Review of Supplement Solutions
I have never had a problem with…
I have never had a problem with Supplement Solutions before, but on this occasion, after placing my order, I was told one of my items was not in stock but that it would be with me in a few days. Two weeks later, I still haven’t had my product, and had to chase again. I am assured it will be with me in a few days. I understand these things happen sometimes but I feel I should have been notified they didn’t have my item in stock before checkout and payment. My horse has now been without his supplement (which is very important to help manage a condition in his back legs) for 2 weeks. I have now shelled the money out again and ordered from a different supplier and my product will be here tomorrow.

We are very sorry to hear we have let you, and your horse, down on this occasion. We receive multiple deliveries every day and believed that the supplement you had ordered would be with us the very next day but, unfortunately, our supplier then pushed the delivery date back. At this point we did contact you to let you know but sadly an ongoing supply issue meant our delivery date was pushed back even further.
We always do our best to keep customers up to date on their orders, and we're sorry if our service fell short of your expectations this time.

I am disappointed that it looks like…
I am disappointed that it looks like the mat has been sprayed. You can see the colour of the mat underneath, like it hasn’t been sprayed properly/like it will wear off before long. Disappointing taking into account the price paid.
