I book international flights and national flights with WowFare , The Agents are very helpful, I had Ingrid on the phone today, she sent me an email with different option to select, and she assisted me on every step of the process. I will recomond them to all travelers in the world.
I listened to their live webinar until the end, Bob stated that refund 30 days guarantee with no question to ask. in the payment page there was no refund eligibility policy. after 4 days, I requested a refund, now they are telling me I need to be eligible for the refund. they want me to create an account as Amazon seller, set up a business entity with my state, request reseller certification, ....I dont want this business and I dont want to deal with IRS for taxes. to be eligible for the refund, you need to start the business. by the time you have everything set, it will be over 30 days and you are no longer eligible for refund. this is their game to get your money and throw you to the field. I couldn't find a way to reply, I will just update this review. I went through all the courses that i have access to , the master classes were locked, I have to pay an extra $2000, plus monthly m ed membership which I cannot afford. I checked the pdf form for the 12 sellers, they are not listed as links to make it easier for client, bug you have to research them one by one. each one of them in order to check the price, you will need to set up an account with them. just to let you know, there is no product to download with the first payment. these 4 steps were never reported as they must be done in order to be eligible for the refund. I do not want to curse or make any judgement about your business. how about i don't want to do business with you.

Based on Customer Communications, Chafia Bounini (chafbou@{redacted}.fr) understood the simple refund policy and, instead of simply complying with it, tried to circumvent it with false claims.
We do our best to work with clients seeking a refund but we are required to comply with our simple refund policy out of fairness to our other clients.
Our 30-Day Action Based Guarantee is available with the purchase of some of our products and services. We do our best to make our refund policy Clear, Fair, and Simple. We rarely have issues with our policy and we stand behind it 100%.
**How We Make Our Policies Clear:
ALL Customers (including this reviewer - Chafia Bounini) are required to check a box PRIOR to completing a purchase with us to acknowledge that "I have read and agree to the 30 Day Action Based Guarantee and Earnings Disclaimer of this website." The policy is also clearly displayed on any payment page for a product that includes a 30-Day Action Based Guarantee.
Any webinar hosted by Bob (or other ALGO presenters) that includes the sale of a product that includes a 30-Day Action Based Guarantee requires the presenter to have a slide that clearly explains our policy and the presenter must verbally explain the policy. We keep internal recordings and records to make sure this is done on EVERY live webinar that includes a product offer with a 30-Day Guarantee.
**How We Make Our Policies Fair:
We deliver an on-demand training program that requires time and resources to deliver to our clients. In order to ensure Customers do not take advantage of our time and resources, we simply ask that they try the program they purchased before they ask for a refund.
Our 30-Day Action Based Refund Policy has not changed in nearly 2 years and requires that a customer complete 4 simple tasks (described below) within 30 days to receive a full refund. If a customer can not/does not complete all 4 tasks, we do our best to be lenient as long as it is clear that the customer tried.
In the case of this reviewer (Chafia Bounini), they did not complete a single task and instead insisted that that policy was never presented to them (which it was and is for every customer). It would not be fair to our other customers to allow this customer to not comply with our policies when everyone else complies with them.
**How We Make Our Policies Simple:
To receive a refund under our 30-Day Action Based Policy, a customer must simply; 1. Watch all of the course material 2. Set up Amazon Seller Account 3. Set up a business entity 4. Research inventory from at least one supplier
These things can all be done in a few days and at no cost with just a little bit of effort.
Again, if there is a clear/reasonable reason why a customer could not complete one or two of the tasks, we use our best judgment in honoring the refund policy without all the tasks being completed. If a customer simply accesses (and possibly downloads) all of our material and resources but does not even try to complete any of the simple refund tasks they agreed to, we can not issue a refund in fairness to our other clients and out of respect for the integrity of our word and policies.
We're sorry that this customer had a bad experience. Out of fairness, we simply ask that all customers comply with the policies they agreed to prior to purchase.
