Review of UK Vape Kings
Bought a 510 adaptor for Drag X from UK Vape Kings. However, I received a new version of the product without prior communication or my authorisation. The new version does not match the item description on their website, looks different and is inferior to the one that was listed online. I contacted customer service to help me resolve the issue and was told I have to return the item and they will send the right one upon the receipt of the one I received. I will left without the chance to use my device until I receive the item again. Just so you know, the item I bought cost £4 and they are making such a fuss about it when it's UK Vape Kings who make an error.

We are sorry for inconvenience, its not about an item for £4 or £40. We requested you to return the item as we would like to investigate what is the issue with the product as over 1000 of the same items are sold with 0 complaints. We even offered you to cover the cost of return, the only issue is we want to see what is causing problem with the product so we can raise with the manufacturer. Please try to understand, the product is a very new release in market and is the most latest version which allows lower resistance tanks to be added on drag x too but with improvements to design manufacturers change some specifications hence we are trying to help you. The same version has been sent to 1000s of customers since 29th July 2020 and everyone has been very happy with the purchase.
