Absolutely useless, flight was delayed 2hrs and when it did arrived the seats we had purchased for extra legroom we couldn't have as they had changed the plane and there was no water or food available. I have received an email advising I would received a refund for the seat purchases but since received a further email advising they had reviewed the case I wouldn't....eh??? Will never give ryanair my money again!

We booked a few days to lanzarote to attend a wedding which was taking place on the Monday, we got an email to say our Sunday flight had been cancelled and as such we could either travel on Saturday or Monday - obviously we had to select Saturday in order to attend the wedding, the extra night int he hotel cost just short of the whole stay originally booked! We arrived at the hotel who didn't have our booking so I had to email it over to them. On our final day we were waiting for our collection, called the company after half an hour to be told they had the wrong flight information and as such our collection was at 5am (for a 8:40pm flight) so we were not getting collected - had to call and pay for a taxi. Overall nightmare and wouldn't use again.

ordered in Nov and still waiting. I have to chase for responses to my emails and updates, they have never provided me with an update once i have always had to chase.

I purchased shampoo, conditioner and 10 in 1 spray, wheb the shampoo and conditioner arrived i could see they were not full bottles, cibtacted BW sent a pic and was sent replacement bottles straight away

I love RI and have never had any problems until recently, I have no idea what's going on but looking at the reviews I'm not the only one. Received texts from hermes saying parcel has arrived but hasn't, not RI said they think its lost - didn't investigate, so that's that and now all of my items are out of stock

I ordered helium cannister with balloons but used ALL of the balloons in ONE evening as they kept dropping to the floor. Total waste of money! Continue to buy your helium balloons for smyths or card factory as they last a lot longer. Contacted partyrama and was just told "sorry for the inconvenience"
