Horrendous experience...avoid, avoid, avoid.
Horrendous experience...car was due to be collected end of March after 2 year lease. Car prepped and ready to go, because of COVID they could not collect the car and subsequently I was told to keep the car insured and they would re-pay the costs. Car eventually collected the beginning of June. Contact VCF (Volvo Car Finance) regards repaying the insurance and other costs taken out of my accounts, provided evidence and they are now refusing to pay. My general experience of Volvo's customer service has been dreadful, dealer network is embarassing, the car had an emissions fault that made undriveable and was supposedly repaired twice...basically avoid...go back to the German brands.
