Compensation for redirected flight

The airline have still not responded to my complaint even though they state all complaints are dealt with in 15 days, 31 days have passed, 7 emails sent 3 phone calls made & still no response
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Outstanding customer service in arranging our independent trip to India for tiger safaris
The trip was arranged through Chinkara Journeys who did a fantastic job with such attention to detail meaning we could fulfill a trip of a lifetime
