Great Product, comms not so great
100% happy with the conference table and chairs, communication was rather lacking. The order confirmation email stated we would be contact the day before delivery, but sadly all we had was a knock on the door when the delivery driver came. As the confirmation email stated a delivery window of up to 11 days this meant planning was impossible.
I would use this company again, but with low expectations of communication.
Response to reply - I've just checked our phone system, no VM. I've also just checked my inbox, spam and spam filtering appliance, it appears no emails sent.

Hello, thank you for your review. We left you a number of voicemails on the landline you provided regarding delivery on the phone number provided. We also email if we cannot get hold of you so i would double check if anything went into junk mail. Glad you like the furniture.
