Good Protein, shocking Service
I have invested in this company, so it is a bit annoying that I am having to write this 1 star review. And before I do get into it, when the protein arrives it is great, vegan and chocolate, low cal, just as I personalised it. However, for several months now my monthly subscription hasn't arrived - the website just says unfulfilled with no other reasoning behind it. I have contacted them before on this issue and to their credit they have resolved it, but to date this has happened 4 out of 7 orders, over 4 consecutive months. It is a shame because the protein is good, but the service is very poor.
