Zero star rating needed
If I could give zero stars here, I would. I used to be a longstanding member but cancelled as the boxes were getting samey, plus I questioned some of the claims about value, e.g. the magazine being worth £5+ felt like artificially inflating the boxes' worth. Restarted my membership just to get the December box, but it has never shown up and the customer service has been absolutely shocking, genuinely. They have no comprehension of what's happened to the box and seem to have made no attempt to understand, and no-one has taken ownership for rectifying the situation, so after two weeks of chasing, I still have no gin box and have just received yet another useless email about it from them. Separately, my dad actually did get his Dec box delivered, but it looked like it had been sat in water, was open at the top and the crisps inside were also open - I raised this as part of my correspondence with them and they've not even acknowledged it has been said. Extremely poor all round. CGC, don't even bother suggesting I contact your email address, that's what I've been doing all along and got nowhere.
