Terrible service. Didn't pivot going into COVID and were HEAVY in biotech that cratered. Lifetime member and haven't seen actionable idea in over a year. space were terrible recommendations. Jeff is a crook.

Ordered lumber for deck/pergola 3 weeks ahead of project start. Delivery was missing half the items when it got there, final delivery a week later and beat to hell. Took them FOUR tries to get a flatbed out there to pick up damaged garbage after I told them repeatedly not to send box van. Asst store mgr was rude and lazy, fought with them over the correct return amounts for weeks. Never again. They've promoted the fools to their proper level of incompetence and no one seems to be able to operate their new sales software. Multi-billion dollar company that operates like a bunch of 3rd graders just opened a hardware store. Every time I hear 'how doers get more done' it sends me through the roof.
Awful. Took the car apart only to find they welded the catalytic converter on the pipe upside down, refuse to make it right. Sending me a label to return their crap. Don't deal with these fools. Not worth your time for the discount. They will certainly find a way to screw it up. Deal with reputable company.
This process has been completely frustrating and irritating. Shipping is a disaster, multiple packages damaged. I have to open them all up to check for damage because replacement process takes several days and I don't have days to wait. I would not ever use this company again, poor material quality, poor shipping, poor craftsmanship. The wood that's used on these cabinets is complete junk.
We only use them for email hosting, dropped them because the service sucked so bad in CO. Oversold the towers so speed would drop in the toilet when you needed/wanted to use your internet. Recently, they went to secure email. THEY HAVE A SYSTEMIC SENDING PROBLEM NOW FOR MANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT THEY DIDN'T SAY SQUAT ABOUT IT. Called in, turns out that their brilliant techs shut down my ability to send emails because my account is spoofing(like everybody else's) but it's funny that the issue only started when I changed settings for their NEW and IMPROVED secure email setup. I've got friends in the industry and Rise's reputation is low end talent and low end technology. Explains a lot about the service and they prove it every day. We've had two crappy experiences with ISP's and Aerux is right there with Rise. Aerux lost the rights to the tower we were on and just showed up one day and took the dish off the roof with no notice. Beware.

They suck. Took them nearly 8 weeks to get material here after 3 requests to track shipment because the tracking number showed in sitting in CA forever. Material not worth the money, business needs to go away.
