Need more attention to detail by office folk.
1) when tow driver came to collect my Chevy pickup truck, he didn’t have room. He thought he was gathering a Chevy Prizm. That’s what his paperwork said. He had to make a second trip which as about a two hour delay.
2) When the release of liability was sent my last name was totally misspelled. Great way to invalidate a legal document.
Otherwise, the transfer went smooth.
