Terrible Support and Unresolved Issues

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with WorldFirst's bank service. Their support is abysmal, with chat sessions frequently closing without resolution. Over the past eight days, I've made numerous attempts to contact them regarding a critical issue: linking my bank account with Amazon.

"KYC Issue Please Work with PSP to complete the required action."

My business, MOKTA LTD, relies heavily on efficient banking services, especially when it comes to platforms like Amazon. However, WorldFirst's incompetence has not only hindered my ability to conduct business smoothly but also caused significant frustration and wasted time.

I am sorry to hear about your experience at WorldFirst. With the chats, it might be due to you accessing the chat function on your mobile phone. If you come off of your chat while on your phone this can cause your chat to time out.

To confirm, the KYC issue you are referring to is a Amazon requirement. However, I can see that our team has this in hand. You will need to wait 3 working days for the changes to filter through to Amazon to resolve this issue.

However, please do let us know if the issue remains after the 3 working day.
