Refund not matching what I paid
I paid in full for a two week car hire in Madeira. Several hours later they came back to say the car hire company did not have a car for the times we booked. 1. Why process our payment if there was no car available? 2. My refund ended up being +-£20 less than what I paid. 3. Not very easy to find the page where you can submit a ticket and no phone number to phone either. Not impressed.
