Making a difference

My son is enjoying the sessions and seems to be gaining confidence. He likes working with Ross, and seems to be happier about his understanding, early days as the new year has just started but I am positive that with this support he will be able to get the mark he is aiming for in his maths highers.

First time and loved it!

Been looking every where for a pair of holiday sandals with a bit of bling for the evening. Found the perfect ones on freeman’s. Was a little worried as first time buying from them, but shoes arrived on time and fit perfectly. They’re even nicer than the picture so better than expected. Will try them again for sure!!!

Excellent customer service!

What Excellent customer service I received from Joe. I had made an error on my address capturing and my parcel was not delivered. I sent a chat to them, Joe responded within 24 hours via email, followed up with a phone call and made sure my parcel was tracked and delivered to my doorstep - even though it was not their fault that the address was incorrect. I will not hesitate to order from them again. And of course the products were QUALITY as their name indicated from top companies like Monsoon, Fat Face, White stuff etc. Although some of my items don't fit like I would like them too, that is just a preference and most of them are exactly what I expected.

Excellent friendly service and advise

Excellent friendly service and advise. Gave as great information to book the right holiday. Lyndi was patient with us whilst we asked lots of questions and look at options. She wasn’t pushy at all and allowed us to come to the right conclusion of where we want to go and when. Super excited for our holiday to Turkey in October.

Good experience, saved £59

Good experience, some sights excluded. It doesn’t include some major attractions like the London Eye, madam Tussaud’s etc but it is still good value for money if you want to see a lot of places. I knew upfront some weren’t included, but on the day I contemplated paying extra to see them, but then wouldn’t have had enough time to get value out of the 3 day London pass we paid for. So consider whether all the attractions you want to see are on the pass or not before buying. It is easy to use in most places, but still had to queue and it didn’t provide a fast track lane. I did save £59 based on the places we visited.

I ordered a cushion which wasn’t quiet correct for my injury and I had absolutely no problem returning it. They were great and I will look to use them in the future because of great service.

I cannot believe all the hype about…

I cannot believe all the hype about this mattress. It is a piece of foam and the worst sleep I have ever had. I am now battling with terrible back and shoulder ache. I don’t even know how to implement their money back free exchange but I am just so annoyed that I can’t find my documentation which I put in a ‘safe’ place! I wanted to give it the 3 months like they said but knew after a week this was a terrible buy. It’s now been 4 months.
