I bought a pair of shoes, size 13. They sent me a pair that were much too small. When I asked for a return address they refused to give me one. Instead, they suggested I give them to someone else because it would cost me too much for shipping. They promised 20% off my next pair after my 6th request for a return address. I will NEVER buy from them again. I hope you won't either.

I bought a pair of shoes from them and I regret doing so. I ordered size 13, because that is what I wear in every other shoe that I buy. These shoes were too small. They are more like an 11 or possibly a 12.
I requested a return address, so I could send them back for a refund. It took several requests to get a reply. They told me I had to send a picture of the shoes for them to process a return. I did so and asked for the return address. They sent another e-mail asking if I ordered the correct size. I replied that I know how big my feet are and I want the return address. They then told me I had to pay the return shipping. I agreed and asked again for the address. Instead they said the shipping would be costly and suggested I give them to a friend. I asked again for the address (I believe this was the 9th request). This time they said that heat from shipping may have affected the size and that I could have 20% off my next pair. I wouldn't waste my money on a second pair when they wouldn't replace the first. I rated them one star out of five only because a half star wasn't available. Be cautious in dealing with these people. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I hope to join a class action lawsuit filed by a man on the Facebook page "Pearlfeet shoes ripped me off". I wish I had been aware of that page before buying. Thank you for reading and stay safe. Grant
