Although billed as business as usual, communication was poor, emails went unanswered. The conveyancer forgot to draw down the funds on time (admitted to selling solicitor not to me) and then told me she didn’t know why there was a delay. Had to change exchange and completion dates twice and would have lost the house purchase had the sellers not been so understanding of our situation. The conveyancer didn’t arrange for the ID checks until 4 months after we had started the purchase process - which came across as very amateur.

As a company, never use Premier Property Lawyers (although some staff were very helpful).
