Really nice and good quality work, and alloys looking like new again! Alex did a really nice job on them. Paul was very communicative and sorted everything out his end. They managed to get my appointment earlier which was really helpful! Really good service end to end thanks!

Nice book and everything was in the right place, I would have liked the pages to be straighter though as they arrived wavey
It's hard to see how the book/ pages will look online as there isn't a preview of book option

Review of O2 Recycle
They didn't bother to charge the product before sending out a 'revised quote' were they would gracefully accept to take my watch for free. Had to go onto mobile chat, because that's the 'in thing now' spent over an hour awaiting a reply. Then only to find out they can't do anything, I need to speak to a dedicated specialist. When I spoke to them and said that they need to charge the item... Would you believe it WORKED! they changed the quote back. The whole thing screams incompetence, lack of care and very poor customer service. Seems to be on the rise in O2.

Good clothes and smell great, only thing is slow delivery.
Also they should send out a charity bag with the purchase to send unwanted clothes back to them.
