Bought an item as said can pick up within the hour. Then got message to say ready in 2 days but I needed the item asap. Went to store and bought the same item and was informed to cancel the original order online for a refund. I did this but received no communication as to what happens next. There was info on non picked up orders will be refunded after 10 days but this isn’t quick enough for me

Great product with many uses. We used 2 packs to create a presentable area outside the front door which enhanced the look.

Hand to contact. Tried a few times and hung up after too long a wait. Got through on third attempt after 24 mins in the renewal queue. Kept getting the same MCE info loop but nothing about position in the queue. Once through it seemed the system was running slow so was on longer than needed to be. Please understand customers don’t always have time to burn. Shame as I’m happy with the product but feel customer service speed a bit poor
