Tried out the platform today. Very easy to use. Deposit went through immediately. Trading is very straight forward. Select your coin, enter the amount and pay. Coins arrived without issue.
To send from the platform to an external wallet I was very surprised to have to go through a further verification event at this stage. The platform say this only needs to be done the once. Following this, the transaction to an external wallet completed without any issues.
Overall I am very impressed with the platform and the support department replied very promptly.
