Unhelpful and Inaccurate
I was going to purchase $8,200 worth of furniture on their website. It was indicated to be in stock and allowed us to schedule delivery for December 19. When I tried to check out I got an error for my Macy's card, so I called customer service as I was directed. I was on hold for 48 minutes before they answered the call!!! Then the person told me that the item I ordered that online was in stock would not be available until March. She said that the website is flat-out wrong and just doesn't give accurate information. So, I will not be purchasing furniture from them because they do not care about their customers, waiting that long for help is insane, and because they have inaccurate information on their website.
