Review of HP
Pay the exorbitant price for their cartridges and then prepare to wait, AND WAIT, and wait. Website said 3-5 days for delivery, but from the date ordered until actually received it was 11 days... Customer service was pathetic. BUY FROM Amazon or BUY the generic replacements. HP customer service was embarrassing.

Have bought cartridges from them for years despite being overpriced. Their site says delivery 2-5 business days from order. Paid and ordered and just got the ink after 11 days!! Their customer service department basically said to go pound salt at the 10 day mark. GO SOMWHERE ELSE and consider the alternatives while at it!

Refund / Exchange Issues
Consumers are having trouble receiving their refunds from the company after going through their process.
The company did not clearly articulate the refund requirements and processes to the consumer for them to be aware of how and why they can or can not receive a refund.
Service Issues
Consumers expressed being pushed to sign agreements without fully understanding the product and difficulty in canceling their agreements.
Customers expressed payment issues.
Billing and Collection Issues
Credit report corrections required due to lack of customer service.
Lack of understanding on loan products due to improper explanations.
We offered Canada Drugs Direct. the opportunity to address the above identified patterns. We did not receive their response."

ordered and paid +25% surcharge for fast delivery (4-5 days.) never arrived. called to inquire and lady said they would be sent today or tomorrow. asked about refund of the +25% charge, put on hold and came back and said order would be sent by the end of this week. asked for cancellation and refund of entire order and asked for confirmation. lady said email confiming cancellation would be sent today. NONE RECEIVED. Suggest everyone file BBB and NY Atty General complaints for taking adantage of COVID situation!!!
