Just returned from cotswold and warwick…
Just returned from cotswold and warwick Castle trip, if we had known the hotel we would be staying in I would have cancelled,britannia Coventry should never be a selected hotel, it was disgusting,filthy and unsafe . Repetitive tastless frozen food. As we weren't given an itinerary to excursions each day was a surprise... very disappointed with trip so utterly will be the last with caladonian

Customer service was good
Customer service was good. However, the sizing on the sweatshirt was over stated, at least a good 3 to 4 inches bigger, and the length to long, even allowing for shrinkage would still have kept these sweat shirts too big, thin quality too
