Really good company with good quality…

Really good company with good quality clothing and cool design if you wish to stand out from the crowd. Grate prices and VIP delivery for a year that you can subscribe if you wish. Sizing can be tricky at times but always s look at the model what size she is wearing and choose that seems to be working from r me. Hassle free returns can't praise them enough.

Disopointed with shoe sizes for kids…

Disopointed with shoe sizes for kids too small no exchanges sadly need to return and reorder. Sizes should be amended definitely not adequate to all the other brands sizes shoes. We will be returning and sadly not reordering becouse of this. Loads room to improve for lovelemonade. Not as straight forward as I would wish for.

Grate communication quick to resolve problem

Quick delivery at first sadly delivered not usable item due to shipping carrier not handling goods properly. Contacted craft all day ltd after sending pictures they have offered to resend item. Thank you very much packed better arrived undamaged.
Thumbs up for grate communication,quick replacment and kindness.
I will definitely use website again.

Disappointed customer

Disappointed we have purchased banana parasol received faulty with hole. At first they have agreed to refund now want me to send off the item for a refund instead of organising replacement.
Disappointed with the whole experience. Personally I will be avoiding to purchase again from them.

Terrible expience all together

Terrible expience all together. They are claiming to be family business. I very much doubt that. Every time you speak with someone no continuity. Customer service not addressing issues of not delivered two separate orders after almost 2 months of waiting arrived a wrong colour. We have declined to take the wrong colour weeks after no replacement sent dispute communication with customer service. I have now contacted to inform them not to sent items as this took them too long to gather their act. I have opened pay pal resolution center hoping this will spread the communication and good outcome. No communication throughe the center what so ever. Requested refund informed me to cancell cases on pay pal and they will be able to issue refund. Unfortunately I have no faith in them what so ever. So will keep the cases until pay pal resolves. No apologies no explanation no nothing absolute rubbish not sure how they are still on the market.

We are certainly a family run business and are an exceptionally small team. You are completely able to come to our office in Middlesex to see and experience this firsthand.

I have just looked into your issue and discussed it with the team, along with cross-referencing this with your original order. We sent out the correct items, however, you refused delivery - before even opening the packaging. This is clearly shown on your TNT tracking information and so was sent back to us. This has been refunded as you refused the delivery, we would not keep the money that you have paid for an order that has been returned back to us.

You had a further order with us which you have chosen to cancel due to the lead time, which is understandable. You have already received notification of this refund.
