I am a host with one property on vrbo
I had some guests come to stay that had a disabled person with them in a wheelchair which was a problem to get over the gravel walkway along with my house having the kitchen lounge upstairs with a sofa bed and the bedrooms downstairs , despite it clearly showing this in my photos , they decided not to stay and asked for a refund. This was in the height of the busy season that was booked up ,they had booked 5 nights at a cost of £1100
Which meant I was getting £900 , my property clearly states it is non refundable and I really couldn’t afford to lose this booking
I do not advertise that my property is fine for disabled people and they had not checked with me prior to booking, otherwise I would have said it wasn’t suitable !
They asked for a refund ,i said it was non refundable , so on the back of that they went into my property and made up things about it, saying my stairs had sharp edges and I had mould and other things that were totally untrue along with saying my property was a health and safety problem !
It is absolutely not , I have no mould etc !
I have only been open for 8 months after a 2 year renovation . On all the other sites I have 10/10 reviews but yet VRBO gave the guest a full refund and are now trying to take £900 back from me, i have emailed many times , spoken to customer service many times but had no response , just a ban to advertise my lovely new property !

Disgusting !!!

I don’t know what I can do but this is beyond unfair that I have been treated this way

I am outraged with VRBO

I am outraged with VRBO
I have a new property that I let out which is delightful and has excellent reviews on booking.com
I had a guest arrive and cancel her booking straight away because one of the guests were in a wheelchair and it is not easily accessible this way which I do not advertise it to be !
She made up lies about my property saying there is mould and other ridiculous untruths and on the back of this vrbo refunded them over a thousand pounds of which £900 was meant to be mine
despite me having a no cancellation policy !!
I feel like I have been conned by them and will take this further

I would also like to mention that I had 3 bookings from vrbo none of which I knew about or were shown in the app !!

they have taken money from me without my permission
i did not subscribe
i can’t believe it , this has caused me so much stress
it’s put me in an overdraft and i have no money for food
there is no contact number and the email says they are to busy !!
avoid at all cost !!

does what it says on the bottle apart from I’m not too sure when I get my TV as it only said something about after initial payments which isn’t great

This is the worst company ever !!!

This is the worst company ever !!!
Today I have waited 4 hours to speak to someone
They then pass me to someone else
I had no courtesy car for 8 weeks lost my job !!
Last Tuesday they said I could have a hire car for 7 days
Since Friday I have had enterprise car hire calling threatening to say it’s stolen!!
I can not lose another job !
This is beyond disgusting service !!!

This is appalling simply eco Birmingham!

This is appalling
I have had a new boiler fitter to heat my house as my old boiler did
They came and fitted a new one , but it only heats the ground floor , I have 2 other floors and I’m freezing , eco are making all sorts of reasons as to why they shouldn’t come back and sort it out !! I can’t quite believe it !!!

How crazy is this

I have been paying for sky for over 30 years. When I moved 18 months ago on my own , I made it clear I wanted the cheapest package , they have charged me between 70 and 90 every month .
In the middle of the night , sky stops working for a couple of hours , I had many calls to them about this , and was guided through various things to do , none of them worked , over a year later it’s still the sane.
I have been struggling lately to pay my bills with Covid , and I missed a payment to sky , within a few days they cut me off , meaning I had no tv at all.

How crazy is this , I tried to call several timed to speak to someone, but a voice mail does not allow you to speak to anyone until you have paid your bill !!!

Couldn’t even do it on the tv because of being cut off .
Not allowed to speak to anyone unless I pay over 75 pounds ?????!!!!
I had to borrow the money , and I see today without permission they have taken another 78
I don’t have sport or broadband with them, is this bill actually possible ???
My broadband is separate with bt

Oh yes I have tried several times to cancel my subscription to be told rudely that it’s tough I can’t !

B&q Telford , the bathroom and kitchen manageres , Stacie’s mother

This storm needs a replacement of most of the staff, except Stacie , and Katie
They dint know what their doing
The woman who is the manager over bathrooms and kitchens has to be the most dreadful person I have ever dealt with in my life
She had caused me an absolute breakdown
After spending 900 pounds in this shop I expected some decent customer service , this woman has said no to everything including taking incorrect delivered items back to doing a card refund off things bought I’m the shop when she was there and being able to view my bank statement , I pleaded with her actually crying as currently due to covid and being seriously unwell , I really need this couple of hundred pounds refunding to my card

Of course she said No
After speaking to customer service they told me to go back and with my bank receipts they would refund , I was also told by this dreadful bully of a woman that I could not return two sliding doors , because they did not stock them at that store !!
She really had caused me terrible mental distress over the last few months
She died not deserve to have a job as she is dreadful at communicating or being polite with customers
