All staff were GENUINELY in good form, friendly and helpful in a way that wasnt that fake overbearing retail "cheery helpful".
I was buying my daughters 1st pair of football boots and we were greeted by a hearty and genuine welcome by the first staff member. The young lady who measured my daughters feet was so good with our 5 yr old showing genuine interest in the "event" (buying first pair of football boots) and showed great pragmatism by bring down the boots available in her size.
While that staff member was doing that, it took a few mins, a kindly young man checked with us to make sure we were being looked after. Bit again it felt very genuine and he wasnt doing it for the sake of it.
Im not sure what was going on with the staff that day bit it was without exaggeration the PERFECT retail experience for me.

Pleasant and clear in communication with very little time wasted. Answered all my questions and queries. Never once felt like i was an annoying burden which can be the case with other similar companies.
Also, saved 240 euro on my quote. So that helps.

The lady Samantha Daly was so helpful sincere and trustworthy.

Liquidated your shops and abandoned your workforce in Ireland! SHAME SHAME Using a pandemic as a cover for your greedy selfish actions. DISGUSTING. I wouldnt recommend anyone to shop or work for a company who holds their employees in such low regard.
