The delivery company used were the problem. One delivery arrived ahead of time so there was no one there to receive it and was just left outside the property. There was no communication about delivery at all and the boiler was initially delivered while I was on the phone to TNT trying to establish a delivery time so I missed it. When the boiler arrived it was damaged and had to be replaced. PlumbNation dealt with the issue well. But the delivery company let them down badly.
