I use Wex because they know enough, they help where they can, good communication, good pricing , I've always found their descriptions accurate, they package well and ship quickly. A past issue with a purchase was dealt with quickly and one recent refund so far, which was my own error, went easily and smoothly.

The item I purchased arrived on Wednesday afternoon..rattling around in the box..being a small camera this was far from what I expected. I took pics and a video in opening. Then had to find a charger for the 3rd party battery as the included USB was only for file .tranfers so 2 hrs later on a fully charged battery I put the battery back in.. camera fired? Then I turned it on. All I got was canera error, nothing else working. I took it to my local cex Saturday morning, packed as recd. (16m each way) as emails said I'd get a full refund. Nope. Shop said they needed to contact the supplying shop, then test themselves, and then possibly refund in the week unless found otherwise in testing. Its Monday afternoon and so far I have no idea if I'm going to get a full refund plus postage as in customer services emails. Not impressed on this occasion.

Bought 2 used items last week...arrived as described cosmetically and I'm taking the next two weeks to test the mechanics of them. An issue of a missing item from was rectified immediately. Good communications. Items well packed for transport. Good delivery options too. Happy to use Wex for trade in and used item purchases in the future.

Unfortunately my film was too old to produce any usable images. Found on clearing a family home.
Minor delay but it was over Xmas so not their fault.

Wex are good to go business with ... So I always check their site for possible purchases and for a recent quotation for items to sell to them. The communication is easy and quick. When I need clarification they always help me understand ... decent people to do business with. I recommend them. ( I talked with them many times over the past week, email and phone.)

This online shop is closing down, just as I discovered it. Great staff member who could not be more helpful with advice, and support with my order. Good products competitively priced, and more so with up to 50% off due to the close down.
I would rate them and say go look before things are all gone.

I bought some trainers for my granddaughter.. in the sale.
She is thrilled with them .. Size wise I got the size she is with a thumb of space as necessary and they fit as they should. (Always a worry when you order).
They are well made and pretty. A great price , reduced by ten pounds so good value . delivered on time too.
