Excellent process though this time effected negatively by staff shortages so wait time was longer . That said still only took 30 minutes and 4hr window was easily met after 3 hours

Excellent service , although had to email to obtain the 2nd day test reference number to go on the Passenger locator form. It would have been good to get those with the order confirmation so that while traveling one has them to complete the form
