Regular updates, useful portal

I had regular updates via their portal, no issues with uploading or emailing across any documents and the solicitor Phillip Edwards was always reachable, at most a day responding to emails. Even when on leave he made sure a new point of contact was ready.

Ferry was delayed 1:30. Autistic episode

Ferry was delayed 1:30 coming back from Calais. I was lured in by a day trip to Calais but unfortunately this dampened the trip.

What was also really poor is when returning to their vehicles the noise and excitement from the public led to an extremely autistic young girl to be very disturbed. She stood screaming and covering her ears whilst everyone scrambled around her to get to their cars first. Could I suggest P&O that you look out for the most vulnerable and prioritize them ahead of everyone following a delay as 1:30 waits lead to frustrated people running around shouting to get to their unmovable cars. This rush should be dealt with much better by staff

I have serious doubts about the value…

I have serious doubts about the value of the boxes. The box I received could easily be purchased at the supermarket for a fraction of the price. Whilst the first box was great and full of higher values produce, once I subscribed it just became cheap ingredients. I actually came away feeling scammed

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave this review for us. We are so sorry to hear that you weren’t amazed by the produce in your boxes or felt it was a good reflection of our prices; We really do appreciate you letting us know.

We follow a supply-led model, which means that we can’t necessarily control what produce we receive each week since we take in surplus produce from growers that need rescuing. With this in mind, we still do our best to provide an interesting variety of fresh produce in your box each week, so our apologies that this hasn’t been the case.

In terms of cost, we really do consider our prices carefully which also includes the logistics of organising and packing your box. After all, rescued fruit and veg should no way be compromised of quality and should be just as good as what you could find elsewhere. Of course, if you feel like your box contents were not the very best, we’d love to hear more so we can resolve any issues had.

We have sent you an information request as we would love to learn more about your experience to make sure your thoughts are properly addressed.

Complete scam posing as a real company

Complete scam posing as a real company. False advertised a display cube. THEN they actually charge an auto subscription as part of your transaction in small print. Even though I cancelled my membership they still charged me.
